You grant NIBE AB/Contura, a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use images you have responded with #Yescontura, hereinafter referred to as “Image”, in their marketing and/or advertising, including website feeds, newsletters, social media, email and other customer communications, store materials and other marketing purposes. You hereby certify that (i) you own all your rights to your images, (ii) you have received permission from any person appearing in your images to transfer the rights here, and (iii) use of your images by NIBE AB/Contura does not violates the rights of third parties or violates any law.

You hereby release NIBE AB/Contura from all obligations to pay you for the use of your images and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the uses described above. You release and agree to hold NIBE AB/Contura and all persons acting on behalf of NIBE AB/Contura harmless from all claims (including claims from third parties), liabilities, regardless of nature, in connection with the use of the images described above.
